[The communicator clicks on, shuffling around in Haruka's jacket pocket while can be heard running down an empty hallway.] Shit!

Did he find them before, or wait until the power went out?

It's still snowing outside, so where the hell did he go?!

[After some more running, Haruka finally stops to catch his breath. Then he slams his fist firmly against a nearby wall.]

That stupid idiot... all because he couldn't keep his big mouth shut!

[[ooc Kantarou, Cirno and Haruka were robbed by a certain pirate phantom thief while their guard was down, and now Haruka is running around the high school in the dark trying to find the culprit.]]

'Guilt by association'... that's the way life works. The reputation of your leaders, friends, family - it taints your own. There's nothing new about that. Hell, children have been judged for their fathers shitty crimes before they're even old enough to commit any of their own.

As shitty as it is I'm not going to apologize for judging you based on the actions of those you surround yourself with. It's not fair, not by a long shot and that much I'll admit. But you're not getting my sympathy. You took responsibility for his actions the moment you associated yourself with him, just like I'm responsible for what my Captain and crew mates do with their lives.

You'll survive - and even if you wouldn't be as lucky as you are, the rest of us would make sure you'd pull through despite his shitty behaviour. (...) I know I would, at least.
