Basically, waiting for this illness to "fade" has only proved impossible. Either the affected wind up dying, or the ones who don't have the strength to fight them.
I have no interest in pointing fingers... What I'd like to know instead is why there doesn't seem to be a better solution. Is there no way to develop a medicine to cure or a seal to bind these people?
Their powers and strength are the real problem. Because they can only use it to harm. It is beyond their control to do otherwise. I haven't been proven wrong yet.
Hmph. If anyone sees death as the quickest method of turning this around... You've let this world change you too much. ...You've let them change you too much.

I can contain one as long as you'd like, but I don't know about cures.

You're not the only one with that ability, Arisugawa-kun. Preserve your strength for now until we find a time where we'll need it the most.

I'm already fine. Just needed a good night's sleep an' some band-aids. I just had to take it down because I didn't want to risk it droppin' on it's own. Next time, if I'm attacked, I'll fight back.

Hmph. Fine. ...What would be the consequences of the kekkai dropping on its own?

I am fine. [...] Property damage, at best. An earthquake at worst.

Second-guessing that would be pointless. Get on with it. ...The kekkai would destroy the surrounding area?
