It's irritating. I don't care much for the missing two days...

Apart from what I can't remember, nothing about me or this city has changed.

I'd like to think that Sorata's theory holds some weight in this, because I don't want to believe that I've only ended up losing more of the memories that I had in this city. If that was part of some kind of joke, then I'm not laughing.

[He gives a grunt off-radio, and then the communicator is switched to the default audio mode. He speaks in Japanese.]

I'm going out for awhile.

[There is a jingle from his shakujou, and then the sound of footsteps across the floor until they eventually fade out and the transmission times out.]

I don't know... In my own world, I have been feared as a monster by the youkai who could sense what I really am. Never feeling sure of whether I deserved it.

Those memories were lost when I was sealed away.
