四十一 (Text/Voice Post, Japanese)

It's been happening a lot lately. People being returned to this city from their original worlds. Sometimes with the memories they had before, and some without.

Even I'm not counted out of that number. I can remember where I've been.

But what I want to know is the reason why; not that I expect an answer. Not from the people who would actually have it. ...Why the indecisiveness? Isn't one time good enough for you, Scientists?
Hell. I can't tell if this is something you do out of convenience, or if all you are doing is laughing at all of us.

[...]

What about you, Hunter? This must be convenient for you. You don't have to look far to find your prey anymore. ...Che.

[Feeding off the progressively weirder faces:] There's nothing weird about our bond.

Not that, you idiot! How people are being returned to the city like this!

...Well, I'll give you that, at least. But I'm not complaining. You shouldn't, either.

That kind of simple-minded logic doesn't suit me.

No thanks.

You're best advice is that I shouldn't think about it anymore, because it doesn't bother you.

Not thinking at all is just being careless and stupid. Simple.

My best advice is that you shouldn't think about it anymore, because it wouldn't make a difference or do anything but bother you. Although it's true that following my example fits in there a little.

...

If that's how it is, then I've already made my choice.

To follow my shining example, right?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2009-05-29 02:53 am (UTC)(link)
For now.

...and not for your sake, either.

[identity profile] shockinglycool.livejournal.com 2009-05-29 02:54 am (UTC)(link)
Course not. Stuff like this is only good for your own sake.

Hm...

[[ooc Yes, he did begrudgingly miss you, Sorata.]]

It's true. I'm actually pretty wise, y'know.
