二十二 (Accidental Voice Post, Japanese)

[The communicator is turned on with an audible click, and the following snippet of conversation can be heard taking place between Haruka and Kantarou.]

Why wouldn't you let me to take you there?

They would just be needlessly concerned.

This is mostly my fault...

Don't be silly, I should have actually spoken with Subaru-kun first and learned more.

...Does it hurt? That scar...

...I'm fine...

I'll go get some bandages.

...Thank you.

Try to rest in the meantime.

Don't worry, I'll be fine in no time~

Hm. [A door closes with a soft creak, and then Haruka can be heard leaning back on a part of the wall nearby with a light thump before slowly sliding down.] Tired...

[A few fingers brush up against the comm as he takes it out of his pocket.] Che. That was hardly satisfying.

[Click.]

[[ooc Seishirou and Kantarou had a spiritual battle in the graveyard. Haruka and Ice also fought with them. The end was a draw--all parties injured. Haruka carried Kantarou back to their room in the high school, though tired and injured himself. He's currently resting against the wall outside of the room Kantarou is staying in for what he hopes will be just a few minutes. Also, from the conversation above: Italics = Kantarou.]]

-Testament could only smile, kissing the thumb before he eased himself off of the other man, standing fully and offering a hand to rise. He would have trouble sleeping tonight for certain...but it would not be sleep he minded losing. With his thoughts on the other...no, that would be a pleasant restlessness.-

[He managed a brief chuckle at his thumb being kissed. How unexpected. It was true too. Testament did manage to fend off the cold. He barely even realized how drafty the room was until he eased off him and stood up.

Once again, he reached for his shirt while he was still sitting on the floor, and carefully pulled it on enough to cover. He didn't bother to button it back up.

Taking that hand, he hefted himself up onto his feet, offering any support where he could. Then Haruka brought his other hand forward, and brushed it against Testament's cheek.
]

Wait for me.

[Sometimes... it was hard to imagine that it was really another man that was standing in front of him. He was a beauty in his own right... it was still something that struck him strangely, but he didn't mind. Not now.]
