[With the current mode switched on, listeners won't have the pleasure of knowing that Haruka has been getting buzzed incessantly since his time limit became overdue.]

[...] I would like to know more about the scientist known as Ace, or "Sweet One."

Also, about any other scientists that have been in contact with the people who were living in this city for over a year. Not for games, but as people.

[He never took an interest before, but... what [livejournal.com profile] sing_nonomori was able to tell him about Ace before has him a little interested. Especially considering what has been happening in the city lately.]

Then you're a country like Japan? ...How does a country become more powerful anyway? Through influence? Size?

[Only smaller.]

... Haruka.

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 01:18 am (UTC)(link)
SIZE! And influence and money! I'm a really small country and most of them don't recognize me, but if I become big they can't ignore me anymore. So, that means I need to work hard and become bigger, by annexing and growing in citizens.

Speaking of!! Hey Haruka, that's a Japanese name right? Are you Japanese? Well, even if you are, ever think about being a lord? Or Duke!? Or being a dual citizen?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 01:23 am (UTC)(link)
I see. [...] ...Good luck.

Yes, it is, and I am Japanese.

Huh?

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 01:28 am (UTC)(link)
A dual citizen, it means you have the rights of a citizen of two different countries! I allow that you know, very few people will, and those who will demand you be born with them, or moved there when very young or have dual nationality parents. But I don't! All you need to do is buy citizenship, and you can buy a title too.

But!

Here in Discedo I offer it free to anyone interested! So what do you say? Want to try being my citizen? I'll even throw in a fancy title!

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 01:31 am (UTC)(link)
...

I'm not really interested in stuff like that. And I don't need a fancy title.

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 01:34 am (UTC)(link)
Come on! Titles are cool! But... I guess if you don't want a title you don't have to have one....

But that shouldn't mean being my citizen isn't an option. It would help me out a whole lot, and as my citizen I'll help you with stuff. And, since you'll be a dual citizen you can ask Japan for help, and me! You'll get double the help a normal person would. And... um... I'm really cool to be a citizen of! I'm a lot more in touch with people since I'm younger!

[It's bad enough that he has a name now.]

Why should I become your citizen? I'm already a citizen of Japan, and I don't see what kind of benefit becoming your citizen would have. Not for me. I've never even heard of you until now.

Besides... you look small. I wouldn't want you to get involved in the kind of dangerous stuff I get my hands in.

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-14 03:05 am (UTC)(link)
But you have nothing to lose!! Why turn down something that only gives you gain?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2010-06-15 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
...

Let me get a second opinion before I can make a decision like this.

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-15 03:29 am (UTC)(link)
You need a second opinion? Well, okay, I can wait. But I want a response soon, okay?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2010-06-15 03:36 am (UTC)(link)
...I'll see what I can do.

[identity profile] im-a-country-2.livejournal.com 2010-06-15 03:44 am (UTC)(link)
Great, if I haven't heard from you in a while, I'll just come back and check, okay?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2010-06-17 09:25 pm (UTC)(link)
[Great.]

All right. I get it.
