六 (Accidental Voice Post, Japanese)

I've had enough of this. Their laughing is getting annoying as hell...

[A soft padding of footsteps can be heard, along with a dull scrape of metal and a jingle as Haruka goes to retrieve his shakujou.]

I'm going.

[His feet pad along the ground for a few steps, until...] Kuu...! Ughn...

[He begins to cough violently, while his weapon is dropped haphazardly onto the floor with a clatter.]

Heh. This is so pathetic...

I realized that only a short while ago. A friend of his was talking about retrieving him from the place where he would be revived, the hospital.

[Haruka was relying on him to do that, or he would be planning to go himself. It was Doumeki's determination that held him back. They were kind of alike in that way.]

I thought that I did, but now I don't think it is any place I need to be.

Couldn't we make it a safe place here? Or, I suppose we could ask to see where people are needed. This city is full of a lot of fine and capable people, many of them quite seasoned in battle.

[He was hoping to not have to wade through the monsters of the city. After all, he had already started on wards for the high school, it wouldn't take much effort to adjust them more to include other things outside of ghosts.]

Do you have anything that will hold up against those monsters? They don't exactly sound like any of the youkai or yuurei we've ever fought before, and those same people are scattered all over the city.

I will go if there are those who are still out there and cannot fight. We can lead them here until we are able to learn more about what we're being put up against.

[He has been trying to find out more about the situation all day; trying to piece everything together from the inside. That's what helped his impatient mood before, along with hearing about those still unaccounted for.]
