五十一 (Accidental Video Post)

--shit!

[CRASH! Something wooden collides with a hard surface and shatters upon impact. Haruka pauses for a moment, and sighs.]

Stop it. You're just wasting your energy, and destroying the bar.

Well, if you didn't dodge the chair, it wouldn't be broken!

[And the clicking of heels running at full force. The communicator falls out of Haruka's pocket, and shows an interesting view from the floor. Anemone's lunging straight at Haruka, a broad grin on her face. She takes a swing at his head.

He just dodges at first, blocking or avoiding the punches coming his way. At first, this seems like a boring little boxing match, because Haruka looks annoyed, if that much, and Anemone just seems mildly amused. But as fancy footwork moves into play, and as their bodies knock into tables and chairs and push them away, the communicator slides across the room. Haruka pushes against the bartop, jumping back just in time to avoid another swing of Anemone's fist.

Two glasses fall and shatter, but Anemone's already slipped past the bar, making a running leap at Haruka, as if trying to pounce him. He jumps to the side in time to let her land, and a stool falls behind him. It bumps into the communicator, which turns onto its side, showing most of the floor, and their legs... and soon Anemone's legs lift up and off the ground, tumbling and being replaced by hair, and then slammed on her back on the ground. She winces.

Haruka's hair drifts into view as he leans down.
]

Are you all right?

Never better!

[She swings around and grabs his ankle, attempting to bring him down. As he falls, almost on top of her, she lets his foot go, in time for him to summersault over her. She slides around, setting both feet on the ground daintily before popping back up. Haruka stands as well and begins to walk in her direction, but she jumps back, keeping a bit of a distance.

A silly spin pushes the stool once more, and the communicator is then kicked by Anemone's shoe. She kicks the stool out of the way as well, and as it bumps into something... another glass item happens to shatter.

Of course, that's ignored, but now the view's pointing at Haruka's back. Anemone takes a running start at him, but grabs her fist, turning her around and pushing her away. She's quick to rebound, and aims another punch, as well as a kick. He manages to dodge the punch, but spins them around so Anemone's in front as he catches her foot. Turning her foot upside down, he flips her around; she catches herself by putting her palms on the floor, and just jiggles her ankle loose and uses his hands to push off. Flipping forward, she gives him a nice, flowing display of her panties before she lands, sitting on the floor in front...

And staring at the communicator.
]

Uh... Haruka, was your communicator always over there--

[The bar door swings open behind the two, to reveal [livejournal.com profile] dontcallmegol, in his rather colorful wardrobe.

...talk about awkward.

[[ooc This is what happens when you jinx it in front of Anemone. Thanks goes to the mun for the awesome fight scripting!]]

He is my brother, after all.

At least your family is more reasonable than mine.

Still... that wasn't at all what I expected of that girl.

[identity profile] 7th-warrant.livejournal.com 2009-10-11 03:16 pm (UTC)(link)
She doesn't seem like the predictable sort.

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2009-10-12 07:21 am (UTC)(link)
That theory certainly proved true.

[Sigh] I'm tired...

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2009-10-12 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Help yourself.

Do I need to find one of the glasses that haven't been broken already?

[identity profile] onikui-haruka.livejournal.com 2009-10-13 02:56 am (UTC)(link)
Let me know if you run into that [livejournal.com profile] dontcallmegol on your way over. Anemone should have already gone back home by now.

He might have looked less ridiculous while he was streaking through the city.

It'll give me a story worth hearing.

[identity profile] 7th-warrant.livejournal.com 2009-10-13 06:08 am (UTC)(link)
-Well, he's practically already at the bar as is.-

[Fast! Haruka can be seen buffing the top of the bar with a rag, now that the glass has been thoroughly swept up and most of the furniture has been moved or set back up in place.]

-He knows shortcuts.-

The last time I saw you at work, I was sleeping in the rafters again.

Has it really been that long?

I'd ask if that ever makes you uncomfortable, but then I would be one to talk. I liked to sleep in the trees.

It seems like it. And really, it's not so bad. I actually grew comfortable with it when I lived here during my separation from Johnny.

Hmmm...

[He glances up at the aforementioned rafters, putting the rag down and leaning over the bar. At least it's a better thing for him to focus on right now than Johnny. For a number of reasons.]

...It kind of looks dusty.

That never really bothered me to be honest.

-Testament sat himself down on a stool in front of the other, resting his elbows on the bar.-

[Huh. He looked over at Testament, leaning back slightly. If you were planning anything in that head of yours, he would appreciate some kind of forewarning this time. Lessons learned from the past.]

Come to think of it... when you mentioned you brother before, it reminded me of something.

Has your family grown recently? It seems that there are even more people now who are referring to you by name over the public network.

[That got a chuckle out of him.]

I don't think that you're the only one.
